Kelsey Asbille Chow was an American actress who came to prominence after her role as the Disney XD actress in the sitcom Pair of Kings. Since her early years her appearances have been in a number of movies as well as television programs. Her first acting experiences were as part of community theatre performances. At the age 13, she was offered her first TV role. Her last name was changed to, "Chow", in 2017 to put the blame on the Hollywood stereotypes of the industry. The media criticized her for not confirming the fact that she was Chinese. She is currently a Columbia University student studying human rights. Her distinct and many roles have made her incredibly well-known in Hollywood. According to reports that she's one of the most promising actresses in Hollywood.

Barbara was one of Hollywood's busiest performers. She appeared on Always and Forever, which is a series on the Hallmark Channel aired on multiple occasions in 2009. Barbara hosted Ballroom with a Twist the brand new series that features celebrities as emcees and dancers of Dancing with the Stars. Barbara was a part of Livetime's Army Wives TV Series, she guest-starred in HBO's George Lopez and played a regular character on Sabrina The Teenage Witch. Barbara traveled across the United States in Neil Simon's version of The Odd Couple for women. In 2012, Barbara was on stage at The New Theatre in Kansas City Missouri in the show Social Security which had a one month run at Jacksonville Florida in summer of 2014.
